CATI Interview

Obtain fast and reliable representative understanding of the attitudes and opinions of the entire population and/or your target groups. CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) is a highly efficient method of market and social research. It is particularly suitable when relatively large numbers of interviewees are required to answer a standard questionnaire. However, in most cases it is the method of choice for the widest variety of other groups of interviewees, e.g. customers or business associates.

Our procedure for CATI Interviews is as follows:

  • In accordance with the nature of the problem, a questionnaire is compiled and the scope of the interviews (number, selection criteria, local classification etc.) decided on.
  • The interview is then carried out by telephone or online
  • The interviewers read the questions from a computer screen
  • The answers are entered directly into the computer during the CATI interview

Your advantages:

  • Versatile application
  • High sample quality
  • Low susceptibility to errors through direct data entry
  • Controlled interview situation in the CATI laboratory, under specialist supervision
  • Outstandingly well-trained professional interviewers
  • Very reasonably priced
